Monday, September 15, 5:00 p.m. - BBQ Seasonings: Discover the best seasonings for different types of BBQ and create your own dry rub.

Thursday, September 18, 5:00 p.m. - BBQ Basics: Learn the different cuts of meat for BBQ and how to use a smoker.

Call the Russell County Extension Office at 270-866-4477 to register by September 4th.
